Tracksuits are woven and technical-knit garments, and a factory set up only for fleece gets them wrong at every seam. Our woven lines run nylon, taslan, ripstop and polyester tricot with mesh and jersey linings; our knit lines handle velour, scuba and interlock; and the same pattern room builds both. Stripes are inserted into the seam rather than printed, zips are YKK, and sublimation is available for all-over designs. Fabrics
Crinkle, taslan and ripstop nylon at 200–300 GSM with water-repellent finishes; polyester tricot, interlock and scuba at 220–320 GSM; cotton and polyester velour at 280–350 GSM; cotton-poly interlock and pique for 90s-style sets. Nylon and polyester are piece-dyed to Pantone from 300 metres (about 100 sets); stock colours run at 50 sets. White polyester is sublimated panel by panel for all-over prints.
Construction
Full mesh or jersey linings bagged to the shell, YKK zips with garages and chin guards, sewn-in contrast stripes and piping on raglan and side seams, rib or self-fabric collars and cuffs, elastic-and-drawcord waists with zip pockets, and ankle zips, rib cuffs or snap tearaway legs. Velour is cut with nap in one direction and sewn with ballpoint needles and stretch thread.
Styles
Classic 80s shell suits, 90s colour-blocked sets, Y2K velour with rhinestones, modern slim polyester sets, oversized boxy nylon sets, cropped jacket and flare pant combinations for women’s lines. Track jackets and track pants run as separate products at the same minimum, which suits brands that sell more tops than bottoms.
Decoration
Chest and back embroidery through the shell, chain-stitch for period-correct logos, heat transfer and screen print on nylon with bonding agents, full sublimation on polyester, hotfix rhinestones on velour, reflective piping and custom zipper pullers with logos.

What is the MOQ for custom tracksuits?
50 sets per design and colour combination. Track jackets and pants can be ordered separately at 50 pieces each.
Are the stripes printed or sewn?
Sewn-in on all standard sets: a separate fabric strip inserted into the seam. Printed stripes are used only on fully sublimated designs.
Can you sublimate a whole tracksuit?
Yes. White polyester panels are printed before sewing so all-over patterns align at the seams, with no colour limit.
Which fabric should I choose?
Nylon for the classic shell look, polyester tricot for sportswear, velour for Y2K luxury, cotton-poly interlock for a 90s cotton feel. All are stocked.
