Outerwear is where a brand’s price point jumps and where most low-MOQ factories stop. We run separate woven, denim, leather and fleece lines with the machines each needs: bar-tack and chain-stitch for denim and canvas, walking-foot for leather, quilting for puffers and linings, and a rib department that knits striped varsity trim. Shells and linings

Construction
Jacket-weight 2×2 rib with 5–8% spandex on bombers and varsities; YKK #5 and #8 zips with garages and chin guards; bagged linings with no exposed seams; felled, triple-needle and chain-stitch seams on denim and canvas; bar tacks at every stress point; hand-cut and grain-matched leather panels. Every jacket is patterned for its shell: a puffer block is not a bomber block with fill.
Washes and finishing
Denim and canvas are washed in-house: raw, rinse, stone, enzyme, acid, bleach, tint, sun-fade, hand sanding and whiskering. Leather can be embossed, debossed, laser-engraved and painted. Nylon takes screen print with bonding agents, heat transfer and embroidery through the shell.
Branding
Chenille and satin-stitch back panels, chain-stitch souvenir embroidery, woven, leather and PVC patches, custom zipper pullers, engraved snaps and buttons (from 1,000 pieces), striped rib knitted to Pantone, and woven labels on the lining and hem.

Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum order for custom jackets?
50 pieces per design and colour for every jacket type including leather. Custom-dyed nylon has a 300-metre minimum, roughly 100–120 jackets.
How long do jackets take?
Sample 7–14 days (leather at the longer end), bulk 2–3 weeks for nylon, denim and fleece, 3–4 weeks for leather, puffers and heavily lined styles.
Can you make genuine leather jackets at 50 pieces?
Yes. Sialkot’s leather industry makes small runs practical. Sheepskin, cowhide and goatskin from audited tanneries, or PU vegan leather.
Do you make winter-weight outerwear?
