Mike Apparel is a custom streetwear manufacturer in Sialkot, Pakistan. We cut, sew, wash, print, embroider and pack private label hoodies, t-shirts, sweatsuits, tracksuits, jackets, beanies and hats for brands in the USA and worldwide, from a 50-piece minimum, in 2–3 weeks.
The factory exists because of a gap we kept seeing: brand founders with a real idea, real artwork and a real audience, being told by every factory that the minimum was 300 pieces per colour and the lead time was eight weeks. That model works for department stores. It does not work for a label that wants to test a drop, sell it out and reorder. So we built a cutting room and a production floor around short runs, kept every process under one roof, and priced sampling so that trying us costs less than a bad guess.
What we make
Streetwear only. That focus is deliberate. Our pattern room holds oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder, cropped and longline blocks that we have refined over hundreds of runs, and our fabric stock is built around the weights streetwear buyers want: 240–300 GSM jersey, 350–500 GSM fleece, French terry, nylon shells, denim and duck canvas. The product range covers t-shirts, hoodies, sweatsuits, tracksuits, jackets, crewnecks, beanies and hats, each with its own dedicated page listing fabrics, fits, construction and pricing.
How the factory is set up
- Pattern and sampling room — digital pattern drafting, grading to US sizing, and a sample line that turns a pre-production piece in 7–10 days.
- Cutting — short-run cutting tables set up for 50-piece lays, with fabric relaxed and compacted before cutting to control shrinkage.
- Sewing — knit and woven lines with overlock, flatlock, coverstitch, chain-stitch and bar-tack machines. Woven jackets, denim and leather run on separate lines from fleece and jersey.
- Wash house — enzyme, stone, acid, vintage, bleach, tint, garment dye and pigment dye, all on finished garments.
- Print and embroidery — automatic screen presses up to 14 colours, DTG, DTF, sublimation, and multi-head embroidery for flat, 3D puff and chenille.
- Headwear — structured and unstructured cap lines and flat-knit beanie machines from 5 to 12 gauge.
- Labelling and packing — woven and printed labels, hang tags, poly bags and boxes applied in-house, cartons packed to your 3PL spec.
Why Sialkot
Sialkot has manufactured sportswear, leather goods and apparel for export for over a century. The city supplies match balls for world tournaments, surgical instruments to hospitals on every continent and cut-and-sew apparel to brands that rarely say so. The local supply chain means we can source fleece, rib, zippers, labels and packaging within a few kilometres, which is a large part of how we keep lead times short. One merchandiser per client, from first quote to delivery and every reorder after. Sampling before every bulk run, with revisions until the piece is right. Fixed blocks, lab dips and thread references kept on file so run two matches run one. Photo updates from the floor during production. DDP shipping so the quote is the landed price. Certifications and compliance
Our facility operates under Pakistani labour law with documented working hours, wages and safety procedures, and we welcome third-party audits from brands that require them. Certification details for specific standards are available on request during quoting; we would rather show you the documents than list logos on a web page.

Where is Mike Apparel based?
Our factory is on Wazirabad Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. Sialkot is one of the world’s largest apparel and sportswear manufacturing hubs, and every stage of our production, from cutting to packing, happens on site.
Do you make your own products or subcontract?
Everything is made in our own facility: cutting, sewing, wash, screen print, embroidery, headwear and packing. We do not subcontract production, which is how we keep a 2–3 week lead time.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Clients are welcome by appointment, and we run live video walkthroughs on US time for brands that cannot travel.
What brands do you work with?
Independent streetwear labels, artist and creator merch lines, boutiques and agencies, mostly in the United States, plus the UK, Canada, Australia, Europe and the UAE. Client names are kept confidential unless they choose to be listed.
