Mike Apparel’s minimum order is 50 pieces per design and colourway, sizes mixed. Lead time is 7–10 days for a sample and 2–3 weeks for bulk after approval. Prices are quoted per piece, FOB Sialkot, with DDP shipping quoted separately so you know the landed cost.

What moves the price
- Fabric weight and fibre — a 450 GSM cotton hoodie uses about 40% more cotton than a 320 GSM blend. Fabric is 50–60% of the cost of most garments.
- Quantity — 100–300 pieces is roughly 12% cheaper per piece than 50–100; 300–1,000 is about 22% cheaper; 1,000+ about 30%.
- Decoration — each print placement or embroidery adds $0.60–$4 depending on size, colours and stitch count. Washes add $2–6 per piece.
- Custom colour — custom-dyed fabric needs 100 pieces per shade (knits) or 300 metres (wovens); stock colours run at 50.
- Hardware and trims — YKK zips, custom pullers, engraved buttons and leather patches each add a fixed cost; custom-moulded hardware has supplier minimums of 500–1,000.
- Packaging — poly bags are included; printed mailers, boxes and tissue are quoted per piece.

Payment terms
Sample fees upfront, credited on bulk. Bulk is 50% deposit at sample approval and 50% before shipment. We accept bank transfer, Wise and PayPal, and issue commercial invoices suitable for US import records.

Frequently asked questions
Is the 50-piece minimum per style or per order?
Per design and colourway. A hoodie in black and a hoodie in grey are two colourways, 50 each. Sizes can be mixed freely within the 50.
Can I go below 50 pieces?
For a first test we can occasionally run 30 pieces on stock-colour fabric at a higher unit price. Custom-dyed fabric, custom rib and custom hardware have their own minimums, listed on this page.
Do prices include shipping?
No. Prices are FOB Sialkot. We quote DDP shipping separately on every order so you see the landed cost; it is usually $1.20–$3.50 per piece by sea or $3–$7 by air for fleece.
How do I pay?
50% deposit at sample approval, 50% before shipment. Bank transfer, Wise or PayPal. Sample fees are paid upfront and credited back on bulk.
