Every Mike Apparel order ships DDP: freight, duties, taxes and customs clearance are paid by us and included in the quoted price, and the goods are delivered to your door in the USA or worldwide. Air freight to the USA takes 4–7 days after the run ships; sea freight takes 4–6 weeks.
Import shipping is where most first-time brands get surprised: a factory quotes FOB, the forwarder adds freight, then customs adds 16–32% duty on apparel plus a broker fee, and the “cheap” quote lands 40% higher. We quote DDP so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Worldwide delivery
The same DDP terms apply to the UK, Canada, Australia, the EU, the UAE and most other countries. Air freight to Europe takes 3–5 days, to Australia 5–7 days. We can split one production run across multiple destinations, which is common for brands with a US store and a European 3PL.
Packing standards
- Each garment folded and poly-bagged with a size sticker (branded bags on request)
- Cartons packed by style and size, max 15 kg, labelled with style, colour, size run and quantity
- Packing list and commercial invoice in every shipment; FNSKU or 3PL labelling on request
- Photos of packed cartons before dispatch
Tracking and documents
You receive a tracking number when the consignment leaves Sialkot, the airway bill or bill of lading, and copies of the customs entry once cleared, which you will need for your records and for your own understanding of any duty questions later. Commercial invoices show the true value and HS codes for each product.
Samples
Samples ship by DHL or FedEx express, 3–5 days to the USA, duties included. Sample shipping is charged at cost, typically $35–$60 for one or two garments.

What does DDP mean?
Delivered Duty Paid. We pay freight, import duty, taxes and customs brokerage, and deliver to your address. The DDP price on your quote is the full landed cost with nothing to pay on arrival.
Can you ship to my fulfilment centre or printer?
Yes. We deliver to any commercial or residential address in the USA and most countries, including 3PLs, Amazon FBA prep centres and screen printers, packed to their receiving requirements.
Air or sea?
Air for anything under about 300 fleece pieces or when timing matters: 4–7 days. Sea for large runs: 4–6 weeks at roughly a third of the cost per piece.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. All DDP shipments are insured for the invoice value, and we handle any claim.
