Frequently asked questions
What is your minimum order quantity?
50 pieces per design and colourway, sizes mixed. Matching sets count as one design. Custom-dyed fabric has a 100-piece minimum per colour.
How long does production take?
7–10 days for a pre-production sample, then 2–3 weeks for bulk after approval. Leather and heavily lined outerwear take 3–4 weeks. Air freight to the USA adds 4–7 days.
Do you offer private label?
Yes, on every order. Woven or printed neck labels, size and care labels, hem tags, hang tags and branded packaging, all produced in-house from your artwork. No Mike Apparel branding appears on the product.
Where are you located?
Wazirabad Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. Everything is made in our own facility.
Do I need a tech pack?
It helps but is not required. A sketch, a reference garment or photos with a clear description are enough to quote and sample. We draft the tech pack during sampling.
Can you match a garment I already sell?
Yes. Send one physical piece and we build the block from it, then keep it on file for reorders.
What fabrics do you use?
Combed cotton jersey from 180 to 400 GSM, brushed fleece and French terry from 300 to 550 GSM, nylon and polyester shells, denim, duck canvas, corduroy, velour, wool blends, genuine and vegan leather, and acrylic, wool and merino yarns for headwear.
What decoration can you do?
Screen print up to 14 colours including puff, high-density, discharge and foil; DTG; DTF; sublimation; flat, 3D puff and chenille embroidery; woven, PVC and leather patches; rhinestones; and enzyme, stone, acid, vintage, bleach and garment dye washes.
How is pricing structured?
Per piece, FOB Sialkot, itemised by fabric, trims, decoration, labels and packaging. DDP shipping is quoted separately so you see the landed cost. Quantity breaks at 100, 300 and 1,000 pieces.
What are the payment terms?
Sample fee upfront, credited on bulk. Bulk is 50% deposit at sample approval, 50% before shipment. Bank transfer, Wise or PayPal.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes, most of our production goes to the USA. DDP delivery means duties, taxes and customs are paid by us. Air freight lands in 4–7 days; sea in 4–6 weeks.
Can you ship to other countries?
Yes. The UK, Canada, Australia, the EU, the UAE and most other countries on the same DDP terms. One run can be split across multiple destinations.
What sizes do you make?
US sizing XS to 3XL as standard, with separate women’s and unisex blocks and extended sizes on request. Fitted hats run 6 7/8 to 8.
How do you control quality?
Fabric is inspected and pre-shrunk before cutting. Every garment is checked against the approved sample for measurements, colour, stitching and decoration before packing. Photos of QC and packing are sent before dispatch.
Can you keep my designs confidential?
Yes. We do not publish client work without permission and sign NDAs on request. Your patterns and artwork are stored for your reorders only.
What happens if there is a defect?
Defective pieces are replaced or credited. Report within 14 days of delivery with photos and we resolve it on the next shipment or by refund.
Do you make samples without a bulk order?
Yes. Sample-only orders are welcome for brands evaluating factories. The fee is 2–3x the bulk unit price and is credited if you proceed within 90 days.
Can you handle reorders quickly?
Reorders on an existing block skip sampling and go straight to production, usually within 2–3 weeks of deposit.
