Cut and sew manufacturing
Everything we make is cut and sew: fabric is relaxed, spread and cut to your pattern, then assembled on knit, woven, denim or leather lines depending on the product. That is the difference between a manufacturer and a decorator. A decorator prints your logo on a blank someone else designed; a manufacturer builds the garment to your block, your fabric weight and your construction spec, so the fit and the feel are exclusive to your brand. Our pattern room drafts digitally, grades to US sizing from XS to 3XL, and keeps oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder, regular, slim, cropped and longline blocks on file for every product category. If you have a reference garment, we build the block from it. If you have a tech pack, we work from it directly. If you have neither, a sketch and a description are enough to start sampling.
Private label
Private label means the finished garment carries your brand and nobody else’s: woven neck label, size tab, care label, hem loop or hood label, hang tag, poly bag and box, all produced from your artwork in our label department and applied on the sewing line. It is included in every order rather than sold as an extra. Fabrics and sourcing
Sialkot sits inside one of the largest textile clusters in the world, and we source fleece, jersey, terry, nylon, denim, canvas, wool blends and leather within a short drive of the factory. Stocked constructions include combed cotton jersey from 180 to 400 GSM, brushed fleece and French terry from 300 to 550 GSM, nylon and polyester shells from 200 to 320 GSM, denim from 10 to 14 oz, duck canvas, corduroy, velour, melton and genuine leather. Custom colours are dyed to Pantone TCX with lab dips from 100 pieces per shade on knits. Decoration: print, embroidery and patches
Automatic screen presses run up to 14 colours with water-based, plastisol, discharge, puff, high-density, foil and glow inks. DTG handles photographic artwork and small runs; DTF covers multi-placement graphics; sublimation prints all-over designs on polyester before cutting. Embroidery lines produce flat, 3D puff and chenille work on garments and headwear, and the patch department makes woven, PVC, leather and sublimated patches. Wash and dye
The wash house treats finished garments: enzyme and silicone for softness, stone and mineral for texture, acid and bleach for contrast, sun-fade and tint for age, pigment and reactive garment dye for colour. Denim gets whiskering, sanding and grinding by hand. Washing after sewing is what makes acid wash hoodies, vintage tees and washed denim jackets possible at 50 pieces; catalogues cannot sell those as blanks because the effect has to be applied to the finished product. Headwear
Flat-knit beanie machines from 5 to 12 gauge and a cap line for structured and unstructured styles let us match headwear to a fleece run: yarn and twill dyed to the same Pantone, the same woven label, shipped in the same consignment. Snapbacks, dad hats, truckers, buckets, 5-panels, fitted hats and every beanie style run at 50 pieces per design.
Sampling, production and QC
Every style is sampled before bulk: one complete garment in your fabric, fit, colour and branding, produced in 7–10 days, photographed on a form and couriered to you with swatches and a measurement sheet. One revision is included. On approval and a 50% deposit, bulk runs in 2–3 weeks with photo updates from cutting, sewing and final QC. Shipping and delivery
Orders ship DDP: freight, duties, taxes and customs clearance are paid by us and included in the quote. Air freight reaches the USA in 4–7 days, sea freight in 4–6 weeks. We deliver to homes, offices, 3PLs, Amazon prep centres and screen printers, packed to their specs, and can split a run across countries. Frequently asked questions
What does cut and sew mean?
Cut and sew means the garment is made from scratch: fabric is cut to your pattern and sewn into your design, as opposed to decorating a pre-made blank. Every product we make is cut and sew.
Do you manufacture for brands outside streetwear?
Our blocks, fabrics and decoration are built around streetwear, but the same lines produce merch, uniforms and athleisure. If it is a tee, fleece, jacket or hat, we can make it.
What is included in a manufacturing quote?
Fabric, trims, cutting and sewing, decoration, labels and packaging, itemised, plus a separate DDP shipping quote. Sampling is quoted alongside.
Can you handle a full range in one order?
Yes. Tees, hoodies, sets, jackets and hats are produced in-house and can ship as one consignment, each at a 50-piece minimum per design.
How do you control quality?
Fabric inspection and pre-shrinking before cutting, in-line checks during sewing, and a final inspection of every piece against the approved sample for measurements, colour, stitching and decoration.
