Most factories are set up for volume: 300 pieces per colour, eight-week lead times, and a sampling process that only starts once you have committed. That model suits department-store buyers and kills independent labels. Our cutting room runs 50-piece lays, our fabric stock is built around streetwear weights, and every process a garment needs, from pattern to poly bag, happens under one roof. Everything under one roof in Sialkot
The reason a 50-piece minimum and a 2–3 week lead time can coexist is that nothing leaves the building between the roll of fabric and the packed carton. Cut-and-sew lines for knits, wovens, denim and leather. A wash house for enzyme, stone, acid, vintage, bleach and garment dye. Automatic screen presses up to 14 colours, DTG, DTF and sublimation. Multi-head embroidery for flat, 3D puff and chenille. Flat-knit machines for beanies and a headwear line for structured and unstructured caps. A label and packaging department. When a print needs to cross a shoulder seam or a wash needs to happen after the woven label goes in, we sequence it ourselves.
Fabrics
Combed cotton jersey 180–400 GSM, brushed fleece and French terry 300–550 GSM, nylon and polyester shells, denim, duck canvas, corduroy, velour, melton wool, genuine and vegan leather. Custom Pantone dyeing with lab dips.
Decoration
Screen print, puff, high-density, discharge, foil, DTG, DTF, sublimation, flat and 3D embroidery, chenille, woven and leather patches, rhinestones. Compare methods in our decoration guide.
Washes
Enzyme, silicone, stone, acid, mineral, vintage, sun-fade, bleach, tint, pigment and reactive garment dye, all on finished garments. What acid wash involves.
Hardware and trims
YKK zips, custom pullers, jacket-weight striped rib, engraved snaps and rivets, drawcord tips, woven and printed labels, hang tags, poly bags and printed boxes.

US sizing on every block, sampling calls on Eastern and Pacific time, quotes in US dollars with DDP landed cost, and air freight that puts a run in Los Angeles, New York, Atlanta, Miami, Chicago, Houston, Dallas or Las Vegas within a week of leaving the factory. How Ordering Custom Streetwear Works
Every product on this site starts at a 50-piece minimum per design and colourway, sizes mixed however you need. What moves the cost from there is fabric weight, how much decoration a piece carries, and how many you order — heavier fleece costs more than light jersey, a full-back embroidery costs more than a small chest logo, and a bigger run brings the per-piece price down because cutting and setup are spread across more units. We quote every order individually once we know the spec, itemised by fabric, trims, decoration, labels and packaging, with DDP shipping quoted separately so you see the landed cost. Before you send a brief
What is the minimum order at Mike Apparel?
50 pieces per design and colourway, sizes mixed, for every product from tees to leather jackets. Matching sets count as one design.
How long does it take to manufacture a streetwear order?
7–10 days for a pre-production sample, 2–3 weeks for bulk after approval, and 4–7 days by air, DDP, to the USA. About five to six weeks from first brief to delivery.
Do you make private label clothing?
Yes, on every order. Your woven labels, size and care labels, hang tags and packaging are produced in-house and applied on the line. No Mike Apparel branding appears on the product.
Where is the factory?
Wazirabad Road, Sialkot 51310, Pakistan. Cutting, sewing, wash, print, embroidery, headwear and packing are all in one facility.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes. Most of our production goes to US brands, delivered DDP with duties and customs paid, to your door or your fulfilment centre.
Can you match a garment I already sell?
Yes. Send one piece and we build the block from it, match the fabric and confirm on a sample before bulk.
