We cut and sew tees from 180 to 400 GSM combed cotton jersey on our own streetwear blocks or your pattern, print and embroider in-house, wash and dye on the finished garment, and ship with your neck label, hang tag and packaging. Oversized T-Shirt
Mike Apparel manufactures custom oversized t-shirts from our own boxy-drop block or your pattern, in 200–300 GSM combed cotton jersey.
Heavyweight T-Shirt
We manufacture heavyweight t-shirts in 280 to 400 GSM cotton jersey with a 2×2 or 1×1 rib collar, taped shoulders and a squared, structured drape.
Boxy Fit T-Shirt
Mike Apparel builds boxy fit t-shirts on a wide, short block with a squared hem that sits at the beltline, a dropped shoulder and a wider sleeve openi.
Acid Wash T-Shirt
We garment-wash finished tees with potassium permanganate or chlorine-based processes to create marbled, cloudy or streaked effects on dyed cotton.
Vintage Wash T-Shirt
Mike Apparel manufactures vintage wash t-shirts through pigment dyeing after sewing, followed by enzyme and silicone washes that break down the surfac.
Long Sleeve T-Shirt
We manufacture custom long sleeve t-shirts in 200 to 320 GSM cotton jersey with ribbed or hemmed cuffs, a slightly longer body than the matching short.
Drop Shoulder T-Shirt
Mike Apparel manufactures drop shoulder t-shirts with the shoulder seam positioned 3 to 8 cm down the upper arm, a widened armhole and a shorter sleev.
Graphic T-Shirt
We manufacture graphic t-shirts with in-house screen printing, DTG and DTF on our own cut-and-sew blanks, so placement is measured from the garment's .
Blank T-Shirt
Mike Apparel manufactures private label blank t-shirts to your spec, unprinted, ready for your own printer or decorator.
Garment Dyed T-Shirt
We manufacture garment dyed t-shirts by sewing the tee in PFD (prepared for dye) fabric and dyeing the finished garment in pigment or reactive dyes.
Fabrics and weights
Our tee jersey ranges from 180 GSM for lightweight merch to 400 GSM for ultra-heavy statement pieces. The streetwear centre of gravity is 240–300 GSM combed ringspun cotton, compacted and pre-shrunk so prints do not distort and the collar does not roll. Slub, interlock, cotton-modal, cotton-poly and organic cotton are stocked; PFD (prepared-for-dye) versions of the main weights are held for garment dye and vintage wash programmes. Custom colours are dyed to Pantone TCX with lab dips from 100 pieces per shade; stock colours run at 50.
Fits and blocks
Oversized, boxy, drop-shoulder, regular, slim, cropped and longline blocks are on file, graded to US sizing. Each block sets shoulder drop, chest width, body length and sleeve opening as a system, so an oversized XL and an oversized S share one silhouette. Send a reference tee and we build the block from it; the pre-production sample confirms it on a body before bulk. Women’s and unisex crop blocks are graded separately.
Decoration and finishing
Screen printing up to 14 colours with water-based, plastisol, discharge, puff, high-density, foil and glow inks; DTG for photographic artwork; DTF for multi-placement graphics; flat, 3D and chenille embroidery. Because we print on cut panels, graphics can cross seams and wrap the body, which is impossible on pre-made blanks. Washes include enzyme, silicone, acid, vintage, sun-fade and garment dye, all applied to the finished tee. See screen printing vs DTG vs embroidery for how to choose.
Private label
Woven or printed neck labels, size tabs, care labels, hem loops, hang tags, poly bags and boxes are produced in-house from your artwork and applied on the line. Tagless printed necks are available on all jersey weights. Nothing on the finished tee identifies Mike Apparel. Details on private label clothing manufacturing.

Custom t-shirts run $5.50 to $16 per piece at 50–100 units depending on GSM, wash and decoration, with quantity breaks at 100, 300 and 1,000. Blank private label tees start at $5.50; 300 GSM heavyweight tees with one print run $7.50–$14; acid wash and vintage wash tees $8.50–$16. Every quote is itemised. Can you copy a t-shirt I already sell?
Yes. Send one piece and we build the block from it, match the fabric weight and hand, and confirm on a sample before bulk.
How long does a t-shirt order take?
7–10 days for a sample, 2–3 weeks for bulk after approval, then 4–7 days by air DDP to the USA.
Do you make blank t-shirts for printing elsewhere?
Yes. Private label blank tees in your block, GSM and colours, with your labels, shipped to your printer or fulfilment centre.
