Your label on every t-shirt
Your brand, not ours, is on the finished t-shirt. We sew in woven neck labels, size tabs and care labels to your artwork, attach hang tags and pack in branded poly bags or boxes. Is every acid wash tee different?
Yes. The marble pattern is created by how the garment folds in the drum, so no two shirts match exactly. We control the intensity and contrast so the batch reads as one colourway.
Will the print crack after acid wash?
If you want a clean graphic, we print after washing. If you want a worn, cracked graphic, we print first and wash after. Both are stable; they just look different.
Which base colours work best for acid wash?
Black, navy, charcoal, forest and burgundy give the strongest contrast. Light colours produce a subtle tonal effect that reads more like a mineral wash.
Does acid wash weaken the fabric?
Slightly, which is why we use 260 GSM or heavier jersey and reinforce the shoulders. Finished garments pass our tensile and colourfastness checks before packing.
