Headwear is a component business: buckram, brim boards, sweatbands, closures, eyelets and patches all come from different suppliers, and a promo-hat factory cheapens every one of them. We run structured and unstructured cap lines in-house with our own embroidery and patch departments, so a 50-piece snapback order gets the same 3D puff front, four-side-sewn woven label and custom under-brim as a 5,000-piece one. Snapback Hat
We manufacture custom snapback hats with 6-panel structured crowns, flat or pre-curved brims, buckram-backed front panels, plastic snap closures, sewn.
Dad Hat
Mike Apparel manufactures custom dad hats with unstructured 6-panel low-profile crowns, pre-curved brims, garment-washed or enzyme-washed cotton twill.
Trucker Hat
We manufacture custom trucker hats with foam, twill or corduroy front panels and polyester mesh backs, mid or high crowns, flat or curved brims, plast.
Bucket Hat
Mike Apparel manufactures custom bucket hats in cotton twill, canvas, corduroy, denim, terry, nylon and fleece with 5–7 cm brims, topstitched brim lin.
5-Panel Hat
We manufacture custom 5-panel hats with a seamless front panel, low unstructured or semi-structured crown, flat or slightly curved brim, nylon webbing.
Fitted Hat
Mike Apparel manufactures custom fitted hats with structured 6-panel crowns, flat brims, buckram-fused fronts, closed backs sewn to true fitted sizes,.
Fabrics and components
Acrylic-wool melton, cotton twill, chino twill, canvas, corduroy, denim, nylon ripstop, polyester mesh and performance polyester. Buckram-fused fronts for structured caps, unstructured fronts for dad hats and camp caps. Plastic snaps, brass buckles, nylon webbing with clips, and closed fitted backs in sizes 6 7/8 to 8. Cotton and polyester sweatbands with woven labels.
Decoration
3D puff and flat embroidery on front, side and back; woven, PVC, leather and sublimated patches; printed and embroidered under-brims; all-over sublimation on polyester and screen print on cotton before cutting; hand distressing on dad hats; rope details on truckers and snapbacks.
Fits and sizing
One-size snapbacks, truckers and 5-panels with adjustable closures; dad hats with buckle straps; bucket hats in S/M and L/XL or one size; fitted hats in nine sizes or two-size flex fit. Crown heights from low-profile to high.
Matching programmes
