The set is the highest-ticket fleece product a streetwear brand sells, and the one where sourcing top and bottom separately goes wrong: two dye lots, two shades of grey, two different ribs. We cut every set from a single roll, dye it in one batch, knit matching rib, fit matching drawcords and pack as pairs. Fabrics
Brushed fleece 320–500 GSM in cotton or 80/20, three-end and four-end; French terry 300–420 GSM; cotton-spandex fleece for fitted crops. The same lot goes into every piece of a set. Custom Pantone colours from 100 sets per shade; stock colours from 50. Garment dye and washes are applied to the complete set in one bath.
Set configurations
Pullover or zip hoodie, crewneck or cropped top, paired with tapered joggers, straight-leg sweatpants, wide-leg or balloon pants, flares, biker shorts or 5–9 inch sweat shorts. Any top pairs with any bottom on the same block. Sets are packed as pairs or as separates with individual size stickers so you can sell both ways from one run.
Bottoms construction
Joggers and sweatpants carry a 5–8 cm encased-elastic waistband with a flat drawcord, a diamond gusset at the crotch, bar-tacked side-seam pockets, an optional back or zip pocket, and rib cuffs, open hems or elasticated hems. Rise and inseam are graded per size to US standards: 30-inch inseam at M for joggers, 31–32 for straight and wide leg.
Decoration
Matching left-chest and left-thigh embroidery is the standard set treatment; puff and chenille, screen print, garment dye and washes are applied across the set so the pieces stay identical. Contrast rib, drawcords and tips are matched across both pieces.

What is the MOQ for a matching sweatsuit?
50 sets per colourway. A set counts as one design; top and bottom can be mixed within the colour.
Will the top and bottom match exactly?
Yes. Both are cut from one fabric lot and, for garment dye, dyed in the same batch. That is the main reason to manufacture sets together.
Can I order sweatpants without tops?
Yes. Sweatpants and shorts run as standalone products at the same 50-piece minimum.
Fleece or French terry for a set?
Fleece for warmth and softness, French terry for warm markets and a cleaner drape. Both are stocked; the sample lets you compare.
How long does a sweatsuit order take?
