This privacy policy explains what information Mike Apparel (“we”, “us”) collects through mikeapparel.com and how it is used. We are a manufacturing business, and we collect only what is needed to quote, sample and produce your order.
Information we collect
- Quote and sample requests: name, email, brand or company name, country, product details, quantities, artwork and any message you send through our forms, email or WhatsApp.
- Order information: billing and delivery addresses, payment references (we do not store card numbers), shipping details and correspondence about your order.
- Website usage: standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) and, if enabled, anonymised analytics. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and samples, produce and ship orders, issue invoices and customs documents, and keep records required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information. Artwork, tech packs and designs are used only to produce your order and are not shared with other clients.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to fulfil your order: freight forwarders and couriers, customs brokers, payment processors and our email provider. Each receives only what it needs for its role.
Retention
Enquiry data is kept for two years. Order records, patterns and artwork are kept for as long as you remain a client so reorders can be matched, and for seven years after for accounting and customs compliance. You can ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to legal retention requirements.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by contacting us through the contact page. If you are in the EU or UK you have the rights set out in the GDPR; if you are in California you have the rights set out in the CCPA.
Cookies
The site uses only functional cookies required for forms and, where enabled, an anonymised analytics cookie. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
