A trucker jacket is a pattern, not just a denim jacket: pointed chest flaps, a front yoke seam, a short body and waist tabs. It shows up in denim, canvas, corduroy, sherpa-lined and even leather, and the pattern has to stay true across all of them.
We manufacture custom trucker jackets in denim, cotton canvas, corduroy and PU leather with the classic Type III pattern: pointed flap pockets, front and back yokes, button or snap front, waist adjusters, and optional sherpa, flannel or quilted lining. Mike Apparel is a custom trucker jacket manufacturer with a 50-piece minimum per design, a 2–3 weeks production window after sample approval and full private label on every run.
Fabric options for custom jackets
Fabric decides most of what a customer feels, so we quote every custom jacket against a specific cloth rather than a vague ‘premium cotton’. The options below are stocked or knitted to order in Sialkot; lab dips and hand-feel swatches ship before sampling. For the trucker jacket most brands start with 12 oz denim and step up to 10 oz cotton canvas when they want workwear trucker.
| Fabric | Specification | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| 12 oz denim | 100% cotton | the classic denim trucker |
| 10 oz cotton canvas | 100% cotton, duck | workwear trucker |
| 8-wale corduroy 320 GSM | 100% cotton | corduroy trucker |
| PU leather 0.9 mm | polyurethane | leather-look trucker |
Fit options for jackets
Pick a starting silhouette and we adjust from there. Blocks are graded XS to 3XL in US sizing, and size-set samples are available for brands that want to check the whole run. Trucker Jacket buyers most often specify: classic Type III trucker.
- Classic Type III trucker
- Oversized trucker
- Cropped trucker (women's)
- Sherpa-lined trucker
Construction details
These are the construction details we specify by default on a custom jacket. Each one can be changed in the tech pack, and each one shows up in the pre-production sample so nothing is a surprise in bulk. The single most important line in a trucker jacket spec is: pointed flap chest pockets with shank buttons or snaps.
- Pointed flap chest pockets with shank buttons or snaps
- Front and back yoke seams with felled construction
- Side waist adjusters with buttons
- Optional sherpa body lining and corduroy collar
- Bar tacks and chain-stitch hems
Printing, embroidery and finishing
Print, embroidery and wash are done in-house, so the jacket and its decoration ship as one finished product with one point of responsibility. For trucker jacket decoration, back panel embroidery and chenille leads, followed by washes on denim and canvas.
- Back panel embroidery and chenille
- Washes on denim and canvas
- Custom buttons and leather patches
- Contrast corduroy collar
- Screen print on canvas

Your label on every jacket
Your brand, not ours, is on the finished jacket. We sew in woven neck labels, size tabs and care labels to your artwork, attach hang tags and pack in branded poly bags or boxes. No Mike Apparel branding appears anywhere on the product. Our private label clothing page covers label options and minimums. For trucker jacket orders we recommend a woven neck label plus a printed care label as the minimum; hang tags and sherpa trucker packaging are added at your choice.
What a custom jacket costs
Pricing for a custom jacket is driven by fabric weight, decoration and quantity. The bands below are per piece for the constructions on this page at typical spec, and every quote is itemised so you can see exactly what moves the number. At the low end a trucker jacket in 12 oz denim with one placement lands near $30; at the top, 10 oz cotton canvas with multiple placements and full packaging reaches $64.
| Quantity | Price per piece (USD) |
|---|---|
| 50–100 pieces | $30 – $64 |
| 100–300 pieces | $26 – $56 |
| 300–1,000 pieces | $23 – $50 |
| 1,000+ pieces | $21 – $45 |
All figures exclude shipping. We quote air and sea DDP to your US address on every order. Payment is 50% deposit at sample approval and 50% before shipment. Trucker Jacket reorders skip the sample fee entirely and are priced at the band of the total quantity ordered to date.

US and international delivery
We built our jacket programme around US brands: sampling calls in Eastern and Pacific time, US sizing on every block, and DDP delivery to your door or your fulfilment centre with nothing to pay at the border. Brands in Los Angeles, Miami and across the country reorder on the same block every season. Details on streetwear manufacturing for USA brands and DDP shipping. Trucker Jacket orders to the USA are usually air-freighted; a 50-piece run weighs little enough that air costs only a few dollars per piece more than sea.
Frequently asked questions
Can you make a sherpa-lined trucker?
Yes. Sherpa in the body with quilted sleeves and a corduroy collar is one of our most requested winter jackets, in denim or canvas.
Which fabric is best for printing on a trucker?
Canvas takes screen print best. Denim is better for embroidery and patches. Corduroy suits embroidery only.
Do trucker jackets shrink?
Denim and canvas are sanforised and washed before or after sewing, so residual shrinkage is under 2%.
What is the price of a custom trucker jacket?
$30 to $64 per piece at 50–100 units; sherpa lining adds $8–12.
