Denim is a wash business. Raw denim from a mill becomes a $150 jacket through stone wash, enzyme, whiskering, tinting and distressing, all done on the finished garment. A factory without a wash house is not a denim factory.

Mike Apparel manufactures custom denim jackets in 10 to 14 oz rigid or stretch denim with in-house washing: raw, rinse, stone, enzyme, acid, bleach, tint and hand distressing. Trucker, oversized, cropped and workwear patterns with custom buttons and rivets. As a custom denim jacket manufacturer, Mike Apparel runs 50-piece minimums, samples every style before bulk and turns production in 2–3 weeks, with your labels sewn in at the factory.

Fabrics we run for jackets

We hold these fabrics for jackets and knit or weave others to spec. Each has a different hand, drape and shrink profile, and the sample stage exists so you can feel the difference before committing 50 pieces to it. On this product the two fabrics we quote most are 12 oz rigid denim (classic trucker jacket) and 14 oz heavyweight denim (structured, workwear-weight jacket).

Decoration options for jackets

Decoration happens under the same roof as cutting and sewing. For jackets we recommend the methods below; artwork is reviewed before sampling so placement and scale are right the first time. Denim Jacket artwork usually goes on as back panel embroidery and chenille patches.

Private label jackets

Private label is included, not an upsell. A custom jacket from Mike Apparel ships with your woven or printed neck label, size tab, care label and, if you want them, hang tags, custom poly bags and printed boxes. Denim Jacket pricing by quantity

What a custom jacket costs depends on the cloth, how much decoration it carries and how many you order. These are representative per-piece ranges for the options above; your quote lists fabric, trims, decoration, labels and packaging separately. A denim jacket specified in 12 oz rigid denim sits at the lower end of these bands; 14 oz heavyweight denim and heavy decoration push it toward $62.

Prices are FOB Sialkot; DDP shipping to the USA adds roughly $1.20–$3.50 per piece by sea or $3–$7 by air depending on weight and volume. Sampling is charged at 2–3x the bulk unit price and credited back on the bulk order. A first denim jacket run at $30–$62 per piece lands in the USA for about $33–$68 per piece by air.

How the order runs

The production process for a custom jacket runs in five steps. Sampling takes 7–10 days; bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval; DDP air freight to the USA takes another four to seven days. Denim Jacket samples ship with a swatch of 12 oz rigid denim so you can compare weights before bulk.

1. Brief and quote (24 hours)Send a tech pack, sketch or reference jacket with target quantity. We reply with fabric options, MOQ and per-piece pricing.
2. Pre-production sample (7–10 days)One jacket in your fabric, fit, colour and branding. Revisions until approved. Read about the sampling process.
3. Approval and depositSign off the sample and size set; 50% deposit reserves fabric and the production slot.
4. Bulk production (2–3 weeks)Cutting, sewing, wash, decoration, labelling, QC and packing in-house, with photo updates.

Delivery to the USA and beyond

Most of our jacket production ships to the United States, DDP, meaning duties, taxes and customs clearance are paid by us and included in the quote. Air freight lands in New York or Chicago in four to seven days after the run ships; sea freight takes four to five weeks and costs less for larger orders.
