Custom Track Jacket Manufacturer

Fabric options for custom tracksuits

Fabric decides most of what a customer feels, so we quote every custom tracksuit against a specific cloth rather than a vague ‘premium cotton’. The options below are stocked or knitted to order in Sialkot; lab dips and hand-feel swatches ship before sampling. For the track jacket most brands start with Polyester tricot 260 GSM and step up to Cotton-poly interlock 300 GSM when they want cotton-feel track top.

What is inside the seams

The stitch, rib, thread and hardware choices below are what separate a factory tracksuit from a promotional blank. All are standard on our runs. The single most important line in a track jacket spec is: stand collar 6–7 cm with inner rib or self-fabric.

Branding the tracksuit

Your label on every tracksuit

Every tracksuit leaves the factory fully branded as your product: woven main label, woven or printed size and care labels, hem tags or hood labels, hang tags with your artwork, and packaging from plain poly bags to printed mailer boxes. Labels are produced in-house from your files. Details on our private label clothing page. On a track jacket the label set is usually a woven neck label, a size tab and a hem tag, with a hang tag on the track top.

Custom tracksuit price bands

Per-set pricing for tracksuits at each quantity band. The low end is a simpler spec (lighter fabric, one embellishment); the high end is heavyweight fabric, multiple placements and full packaging. Prices are FOB Sialkot; DDP shipping to the USA adds roughly $1.20–$3.50 per set by sea or $3–$7 by air depending on weight and volume. Sampling is charged at 2–3x the bulk unit price and credited back on the bulk order. For a track jacket order of 50 pieces, sampling is billed at roughly $40–$88 and refunded against bulk.

How the order runs

The production process for a custom tracksuit runs in five steps. Sampling takes 7–10 days; bulk takes 2–3 weeks after approval; DDP air freight to the USA takes another four to seven days. A first track jacket order usually moves from brief to delivered goods in five to six weeks.

2. Pre-production sample (7–10 days)One tracksuit in your fabric, fit, colour and branding. Revisions until approved. Read about the sampling process.
3. Approval and depositSign off the sample and size set; 50% deposit reserves fabric and the production slot.
4. Bulk production (2–3 weeks)Cutting, sewing, wash, decoration, labelling, QC and packing in-house, with photo updates.
